After experiencing various health issues, we were told that chemicals in our food and house could be contributing to our problems. We then found out about organic health foods and products and through further investigations, we believe that certified organics is the only way that we can be totally assured that the products we are purchasing are free from nasty chemicals and are jam packed with nutrients. I then studied Food As Medicine at the Australian College of Natural Medicine where I gained a deeper insight on how organic food can greatly influence our health.
